Oh my goodness this seller was stressful experience…LOL! I had to bribe him with $50 because he left and told me at the last minute. And I needed the keys to the property, because my investors were enroute!

The deal did not close because we could not clear the title :( I still check to see if he was able to sell it and as of 10/2023 — he still has not, and CANNOT sell because it’s still under litigation
